Thoughts to Consider:

• Jesus lived and taught with authority on earth
• Jesus sits in the place of authority and judgement now
• The church does not have the ulitimate authority but Jesus has commanded us to teach, speak, and live with His authority
• Peter spoke with this authority at the day of Pentecost (Acts 2)
• Peter healed the lame man at the gate with this authority (Acts 3)
• Stephen spoke with this authority in front of his executioners (Acts 7)
• Are you living with Jesus’ authority?
