Thoughts to Consider:
- Don’t forget the warning of the previous section of “Away from me” (Matthew 7:21-23)
- The word for repentance in greek means “change/changing of mind”
- Are you building your house on the rock of God’s Word? (Matthew 7:24)
- Jesus’ first sermon was about repentance (Mark 1:15)
- David had convinced himself he had not sinned but repented once the prophet Nathan lovely rebuked him (2 Samuel 12, Psalm 51:3-12)
