What does the Bible say about the church being resolving conflict?  Quite a bit, unsurprisingly.  And – as difficult as humans have made it, the process is quite simple.

We get a clue from John Newton (Amazing Grace) is recorded saying, of the Apostle Paul:

“Paul was a reed in non-essentials,
an iron pillar in essentials.”
You will find it very helpful to read through Acts 14:24-15:35, and look for these things:
  1. Apparently new ideas
  2. Resistance to those ideas
  3. Reason
  4. Scriptural conviction
  5. Correction
